41st Curtis Cup Match

At the 41st Curtis Cup Match at Conwy Golf Club in Wales on August 26-28, the United States team completed an impressive comeback to earn its second straight victory in the biennial match. On the final day of play, the U.S. Team won six of the eight singles matches to surge to an overall 12 1/2 to 7 /12 victory over the Great Britain and Ireland team. The Americans trailed by three points after the first day of match play.

While the U.S. holds the all-time lead in matches 29-8-3, this was their first Curtis Cup win as the visiting team since 2008. For more information and photos, visit the USGA's Curtis Cup coverage.

Congratulations to Conwy Golf Club for hosting a memorable weekend!
